Проблема клостридиозов в нашей стране актуальна в связи с существенным уроном , который они наносят экономике любого предприятия. Борьба с клостридиозом ведется в различных направлениях, в том  числе с применением антибактериальных препаратов. При  выборе препаратов для антибактериальной санации  желательно использовать средства местного действия (не проникающие в кровоток), не подверженные развитию  резистентности. </p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. Исследования проводили рандомизировано на цыплятах-бройлерах и поросятах на доращивании с диагнозом «клостридиоз». В опытных ию группах для лечения использовали антибактериальный препарат  Нозифор (1% нозигептида). Терапевтическую эффективность устанавливали на основании клинического статуса  животных и птицы, данных бактериологических  исследований, динамики выздоровления и прироста массы  тела.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Препарат Нозифор при применении в дозе 500 г на тонну корма поросятам на доращивании и цыплятам-бройлерам в течение 14 суток обеспечивает эрадикацию Clostridium perfringens из кишечника и предотвращает развитие клостридиоза. Терапевтическая эффективность его при клостридиозе в указанной дозе составляет 100%. Установлено положительное влияние от применения препарата Нозифор на показатели абсолютного и среднесуточного прироста живой массы тела. Нозифор при применении внутрь с кормом не всасывается в системный кровоток, не накапливается в тканях и органах. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title> Relevance</title><p> Relevance. The problem of clostridia in our country is relevant due to the significant damage to the economy of any enterprise. The fight against clostridiosis is carried out in various directions, including the use of antibacterial drugs. When choosing drugs for antibacterial sanitation, it is advisable to use topical agents (not penetrating into the bloodstream) that are not susceptible to the development of resistance. </p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The studies were carried out randomly on broiler chickens and rearing piglets diagnosed with clostridiosis. In the experimental groups, the antibacterial drug Nozifor (1% nosiheptide) was used for treatment. Therapeutic efficacy was established on the basis of the clinical status of animals and poultry, data from bacteriological studies, dynamics of recovery and weight gain.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The Nozifor preparation, when applied at a dose of 500 g per ton of feed for growing pigs and broilers for 14 days, ensures the eradication of Clostridium perfringens from the intestines and prevents the development of Clostridiosis. Its therapeutic efficacy for clostridiosis at the indicated dose is 100%. The positive effect of the use of the drug Nozifor on the indices of the absolute and average daily gain in live body weight has been established.
