Кетоз — часто наблюдаемое заболевание крупного рогатого скота, которому особенны подвержены высокопродуктивные коровы после отела, в связи с чем активно ведется поиск доступных и эффективных методов профилактики и коррекции данного состояния.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведено исследование биохимических показателей сыворотки крови больных субклиническим кетозом коров черно-пестрой породы при лечении по схемам, включавшим пропиленгликоль, природные цеолиты Хотынецкого месторождения и лецитин. Биохимический состав сыворотки крови и активность ферментов в ней исследовались в 4 группах новотельных коров: 1 — клинически здоровые (контроль); 2 — больные субклиническим кетозом, получавшие 250 мл пропиленгликоля 2 раза в день в течение 7 дней; 3 — больные субклиническим кетозом, получавшие 250 мл пропиленгликоля 2 раза в день в течение 7 дней и цеолиты в количестве 3% сухой массы корма в течение 21 дня; 4 — больные субклиническим кетозом, получавшие 250 мл пропиленгликоля 2 раза в день в течение 7 дней, цеолиты в количестве 3% сухой массы корма и 15 г лецитина на 100 кг живой массы в течение 21 дня.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследований</title><p>Результаты исследований. Удалось установить, что восстановление показателей биохимического состава сыворотки крови заболевших коров до уровней клинически здоровых животных достигается на 22-й день терапии при совместном использовании пропиленгликоля, природных цеолитов и лецитина. Исключение составило содержание глюкозы, которое осталось достоверно повышено на 14,0% в сравнении с контрольным показателем. Преимущество комплексной схемы лечения перед используемой в хозяйстве основной терапией с применением только пропиленгликоля выражается в достоверном повышении на 22-й день эксперимента в сыворотке крови общего белка на 7,0%, мочевины — на 17,5%, снижении концентрации холестерина на 29,0%, общего билирубина — на 27,5%, активностей ферментов АСТ — на 31,9% и ЛДГ — на 28,5%.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Ketosis is a frequently observed disease in cattle, which is especially susceptible to highly productive cows after calving, and therefore the search for affordable and effective methods for the prevention and correction of this condition is actively pursued.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The biochemical parameters of the blood serum of Blackand-White cows with subclinical ketosis treated according to schemes that included propylene glycol, natural zeolites of the Khotynets deposit, and lecithin were studied. The biochemical composition of blood serum and the activity of enzymes in it were investigated in 4 groups of newly calved cows: 1 — clinically healthy (control); 2 — animals with subclinical ketosis which received 250 ml of propylene glycol 2 times a day for 7 days; 3 — animals with subclinical ketosis which received 250 ml of propylene glycol 2 times a day for 7 days and zeolites in the amount of 3% of the dry weight of the feed for 21 days; 4 — animals with subclinical ketosis which received 250 ml of propylene glycol 2 times a day for 7 days, zeolites in the amount of 3% of the dry weight of the feed and 15 g of lecithin per 100 kg of live weight for 21 days.</p></sec><sec><title>Research results</title><p>Research results. It was found that the restoration of the parameters of the biochemical composition of the blood serum of diseased cows to the levels of clinically healthy animals had been achieved on the 22nd day of therapy with the combined use of propylene glycol, natural zeolites and lecithin. The exception was the glucose content, which remained significantly increased by 14.0% compared to the control. The advantage of a complex treatment scheme over the main therapy used on the farm with the use of only propylene glycol is expressed in a significant increase on the 22nd day of the experiment in the blood serum of total protein by 7.0%, urea — by 17.5%, a decrease in cholesterol concentration by 29.0%, total bilirubin — by 27.5%, AST enzyme activities — by 31.9% and LDH — by 28.5%.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>субклинический кетоз</kwd><kwd>биохимический состав крови</kwd><kwd>ферменты</kwd><kwd>цеолиты</kwd><kwd>лецитин</kwd><kwd>молочные коровы</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>subclinical ketosis</kwd><kwd>biochemical composition of blood</kwd><kwd>enzymes</kwd><kwd>zeolites</kwd><kwd>lecithin</kwd><kwd>dairy cows</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Сафонов ВА.
