В последние годы вопросы онкологии человека и животных рассматриваются в широком аспекте как отдельная междисциплинарная наука. Некоторые заболевания являются наиболее распространенными среди животных, а не среди людей. Именно поэтому требуется подбор необходимых методов целенаправленного значения. В связи с вышеизложенными данными, актуальность работы заключается в рассмотрении различных методов использования ЯОР клеток для диагностики заболеваний различной этиологии у животных.Методы и результаты. С целью определения того или иного заболевания необходимо не только тщательное изучение имеющихся гистопатологических методов, но и разработка новых. В животноводстве в целом и в сельском хозяйстве диагностика патологий опухолей с использованием видовых наборов не всегда возможна, т.к. они в основном разработаны для медицинских целей. Сопоставимость генных карт человека, крупного рогатого скота, овец и других млекопитающих открывает возможности применения методов, используемых в медицине, и для животных (например, анализ FISH с ДНК-зондами человека). Аргирофильные белки, ассоциированные с ЯОР клеток, широко применяются в диагностической патологии разного характера. Метод окрашивания AgЯОР рассматривается в качестве маркера пролиферации. Принцип этого метода заключается в реакции не с ЯОР, а с ассоциированными с ними белками, количество которых увеличивается параллельно с биогенезом рибосом. Использование метода ЯОР является перспективным при дифференциации злокачественных и доброкачественных заболеваний. Этот метод заключается в подсчете количества ядер, определении площади и размере ядрышек. Мeтоды, основанные на подсчете ЯОР, являются наиболее перспективными для диагностики различных патологий у животных, в том числе с учетом прогноза заболеваний.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Relevance. In recent years, issues of human and animal oncology have been considered in a broad aspect as a separate interdisciplinary science. Some diseases are more common in animals than in humans. That is why the selection of the necessary methods of purposeful value is required. In connection with the above data, the relevance of the work lies in the consideration of various methods of using NOR cells for the diagnosis of diseases of various etiologies in animals.Methods and results. In order to determine a particular disease, it is necessary not only to carefully study the available histopathological methods, but also to develop new ones. The comparability of human, bovine, sheep, and other mammalian gene maps opens up the possibility of applying methods used in medicine for animals (for example, FISH analysis with human DNA probes). Argyrophilic proteins associated with NOR ofcells are widely used in diagnostic pathology of a different nature. AgNOR staining method is considered as a proliferation marker. The use of the NOR method is promising in the differentiation of malignant and benign diseases. This method consists of counting the number of nuclei, determining the area and size of the nucleoli.
