Научный интерес представляют исследования комплексного использования кормовых факторов, направленных на обогащение и повышение биологического потенциала рационов питания животных.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. Научно-хозяйственный эксперимент проведен на молочных коровах голштинской породы на ферме «Маврино» ФГУП ЭХ «Кленово-Чегодаево» на двух группах по 10 голов в каждой. Одна группа была контрольная, другая — опытная. Коровы опытной группы за две недели перед отелом и в течение 100 дней после отела получали к основному рациону 150 и 300 г протеина микробиологического синтеза, по 25 и 50 г биологически активной смеси соответственно перед отелом и после отела. Смесь состояла из гранулированной массы органического йода, содержащей в 1 г 0,5 мг йода, сухую биомассу микроводорослей Spirulina platensis, сухие пивные ростки в качестве наполнителя в пропорции 40, 6 и 54%. Во время проведения эксперимента изучались: в конце первого и третьего месяцев лактации следующие биохимические показатели; гематологические показатели; молочная продуктивность и качество молока, показатели воспроизводства.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Включение в рацион коров в перипартуриентный период протеина микробного синтеза, микроводоросли Spirulina platensis и органического йода оказало положительное влияние на межуточный обмен белков, углеводов, липидов и минералов, оптимизировало активность ферментов и гормонов, в результате чего среднесуточный удой у коров опытной группы в течение трех месяцев после отела составил 30,6; 33,3 и 27,8 кг, что было выше, чем у контрольных, на 7,7; 7,1 и 14,1%. У коров опытной группы также улучшились показатели воспроизводства. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Of scientific interest are studies of the integrated use of feed factors aimed at enriching and increasing the biological potential of animal diets.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The scientific and economic experiment was carried out on dairy cows of the Holstein breed at the "Mavrino" farm of the FSUE experimental farm "Klenovo-Chegodaevo" in two groups of 10 animals each. One group was the control group, the other was the experimental group. Cows of the experimental group two weeks before calving and within 100 days after calving received 150 and 300 g of microbial synthesized protein for the main diet, 25 and 50 g of biologically active mixture before and after calving, respectively. The mixture consisted of a granular mass of organic iodine containing 0.5 mg of iodine per 1 g, dry biomass of microalgae Spirulina platensis, dry beer sprouts as a filler in a proportion of 40, 6 and 54%. During the experiment, at the end of the first and third months of lactation following indicators were studied: biochemical indicators; hematological parameters; milk productivity and milk quality, reproduction indicators.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The inclusion of microbial synthesizet protein, microalgae Spirulina platensis and organic iodine in the diet of cows during the periparturient period had a positive effect on the interstitial metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates, lipids and minerals, optimized the activity of enzymes and hormones, resulting in the average daily milk yield in cows of the experimental group for three months after calving being 30.6, 33.3 and 27.8 kg, which was higher than that of the controls by 7.7, 7.1 and 14.1%.
