На фоне стресса и высокой физиологической нагрузки коровы испытывают дефицит энергии, потребность в которой возрастает в разы по сравнению с сухостойным периодом, в связи с этим их организм вынужден использовать запасы жировой ткани. Важными являются своевременная профилактика и мониторинг статуса коров в транзитный период.Методы. Методология работы заключалась в исследовании эффективности применения иммуностимулирующих препаратов PS-2, Prevention-N-E и ПДЭ + Е-селен. Для проведения научных исследований были подобраны 4 группы глубокостельных коров голштинизированной черно-пестрой породы по 10 животных в каждой. Сухостойным коровам 1-й и 2-й опытных групп применяли внутримышечно препараты PS-2 и Prevention-N-E в дозе 10,0 мл трижды (за 40, 20 и 10 суток до отела), животным 3-й опытной группы подкожно вводили тканевой препарат ПДЭ (плацента денатурированная эмульгированная) в дозе 20,0 мл и внутримышечно — комплексный минерально-витаминный препарат Е-селен в дозе 10,0 мл за 20 суток до отела. Животным контрольной группы биопрепараты не применялись.Результаты. Проведен анализ распространенности послеродовых нарушений обмена веществ: клинически выраженная гипокальциемия наблюдалась у 5,9% поголовья новотельных коров, кетоз — у 11,6%, субклиническая гипокальциемия — у 17,7%, а скрытая форма кетоза —у 22,7%. Биопрепараты PS-2 и Prevention-N-E оказывают корректирующее действие на синтез аминотрансфераз, минеральный и углеводный обмен, усвояемость макроэлементов, на фоне чего сокращается количество новотельных коров с субклиническими формами кетоза и гипокальциемии в 2 раза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Relevance. Against the background of stress and high physiological load, cows experience a lack of energy, the need for which increases many times over in comparison with the dry period, in connection with this, their body is forced to use the reserves of adipose tissue. It is important to timely prevent and monitor the status of cows during the transition period.Methods. The methodology of the work was to study the effectiveness of the use of immunostimulating drugs PS-2, Prevention-N-E and PDE + E-selen. For scientific research, 4 groups of down-calving cows of the Holsteinized Black-and-White breed were selected, 10 animals each. Dry cows of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups received PS-2 and Prevention-N-E intramuscularly at a dose of 10.0 ml three times (40, 20 and 10 days before calving), animals of the 3rd experimental group were injected subcutaneously with tissue preparation PDE (denatured emulsified placenta) at a dose of 20.0 ml and intramuscularly — with a complex mineral and vitamin preparation E-selen at a dose of 10.0 ml 20 days before calving. Biological preparations were not used in animals of the control group.Results. An analysis was made of the prevalence of postpartum metabolic disorders: clinically pronounced hypocalcemia was observed in 5.9% of the newly-calved cows, ketosis — in 11.6%, subclinical hypocalcemia — in 17.7%, and a latent form of ketosis — in 22.7%.
