Одной из нерешенных проблем современного индустриального свиноводства остается проблема сохранения здоровья и реализации воспроизводительного потенциала маточного поголовья. В свете вышеизложенного перспективными представляются разработка, испытание и внедрение в практическую ветеринарию новых лечебно-профилактических средств, обеспечивающих сохранение здоровья, реализацию продуктивных и репродуктивных качеств животных, применение которых было бы экономически целесообразным.Методы. Для постановки опыта были отобраны 30 голов подсосных свиноматок на 15-е сутки после первого опороса. Отобранные свиноматки по принципу пар-аналогов были разделены на 3 группы по показателям породы, воспроизводительных качеств и репродуктивного здоровья.Результаты. Установлено, что внутримышечное инъецирование в дозе 5 мл на голову на 15-е, 20-е и 25-е сутки после опороса иммунотропного препарата PigStim-C животным 1-й опытной группы, и PigStim-М — животным 2-й опытной группы способствует: сокращению периода от отъема до проявления феномена охоты и наступления оптимального периода для осеменения на 4,5–9,1%; повышению плодотворности осеменения с 90% в контрольной группе до 100%; улучшению показателя многоплодия свиноматок на 8,1–8,6% и снижению количества мертворожденных поросят на 16,7–33,3%; уменьшению числа свиноматок с затянувшимся опоросом в 2–3 раза и, как результат, снижению возникновения у них послеродовых патологий репродуктивных органов, таких как синдром метрит-мастит-агалактия, а также повышению эффективности терапевтических мероприятий при возникновении заболеваний; снижению заболеваемости молодняка свиней, полученного от этих свиноматок при очередном опоросе, на 36,8–41,5%, повышению их сохранности на 1,45–2,97% и увеличению живой массы в конце периода выращивания на 0,16–0,18 кг, доращивания — на 1,1–1,22 кг, а при снятии с откорма — на 3,6–4,0 кг.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Relevance. One of the unsolved problems of modern industrial pig breeding remains the problem of preserving the health and realizing the reproductive potential of the breeding stock. In the light of the above, it seems promising to develop, test and introduce into practical veterinary medicine new therapeutic and preventive means that ensure the preservation of health, the actualization of productive and reproductive qualities of animals, the use of which would be economically feasible.Methods. To set up the experiment, 30 heads of suckling sows were selected on the 15th day after the first farrowing. The selected sows were divided into 3 groups based on the breed, reproductive qualities and reproductive health according to the principle of pairs-analogues.Results. It was found that intramuscular injection at a dose of 5 ml per head on the 15th, 20th and 25th days after farrowing of the immunotropic drug PigStim-C to animals of the 1st experimental group, and PigStim-M — to animals of the 2nd experimental group contributes to: reducing the period from weaning to the manifestation of phenomenon of heat and the onset of the optimal period for insemination by 4.5–9.1%; an increase in the fertility of insemination from 90% in the control group to 100%; an improvement in the multiplicity of sows by 8.1–8.6% and a decrease in the number of stillborn piglets by 16.7–33.3%; reducing the number of sows with prolonged farrowing by 2–3 times and, as a result, reducing the occurrence of postpartum pathologies of the reproductive organs, such as metritis-mastitis-agalactia syndrome, as well as to increase the effectiveness of therapeutic measures if pathologies occur; reducing the incidence of young pigs received from these sows during the next farrowing by 36.8–41.5%, an increase in their livability by 1.45–2.97% and an increase in live weight at the end of the growing period by 0.16–0.18 kg, at the end of rearing — by 1.1–1.22 kg, and when removed from fattening — by 3.6–4.0 kg.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>свиноматки</kwd><kwd>поросята-сосуны</kwd><kwd>иммунотропные препараты PigStim-C и PigStim-М</kwd><kwd>синдром метрит-мастит-агалактия</kwd><kwd>заболеваемость и сохранность</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>sows</kwd><kwd>suckling pigs</kwd><kwd>immunotropic drugs Pigs team-C and Pigsteam-M</kwd><kwd>metritismastitis-agalactia syndrome</kwd><kwd>morbidity and livability</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Шичкин Г.И., Лебедев С.В., Костюк Р.В., Шичкин Д.Г.
