Вступающий в силу с 1 марта 2023 года Федеральный закон от 14 июля 2022 г. № 248-ФЗ «О побочных продуктах животноводства и о внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации» побуждает сельхозпроизводителей пересмотреть порядок работы по хранению навоза, помета и подстилочных материалов. Осталось несколько месяцев для перестройки внутренних регламентов и логистики, чтобы избежать крупных штрафов (от 250 тыс. рублей для юридических лиц или приостановка деятельности на 90 суток).
Federal Law No. 248-FZ of July 14, 2022, which comes into force on March 1, 2023, "On by-products of animal husbandry and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" encourages agricultural producers to reconsider the procedure for storing manure, manure and bedding materials. There are several months left to restructure internal regulations and logistics in order to avoid large fines (from 250 thousand rubles for legal entities or suspension of activities for 90 days).
