Известно, что среди коров имеется широкое распространение анемий и патологий, сопровождающихся хроническим воспалением. Анемия, как и хроническое воспаление, приводит к нарушениям, которые вносят вклад в метаболические изменения во время беременности у коров и имеют свои особенности.</p><p>Цель работы — изучение влияния сроков беременности на углеводный и липидный обмен коров с синдромом анемии и хронического системного воспаления.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. В условиях животноводческого комплекса были проведены исследования на коровах (n = 30) красно-пестрой породы со сроком стельности 150–160 дней. На основании клинико-лабораторного обследования животные были разделены на три группы: 1-я (n = 15) — здоровые, 2-я (n = 8) — с гипохромной микроцитарной анемией, 3-я (n = 7) — с синдромом хронического системного воспаления низкой степени интенсивности. Проводили отбор крови на 150–160-й, 210–220-й и 260–265-й дни стельности для определения уровня общих липидов, холестерина, триглицеридов, глюкозы, молочной и пировиноградной кислоты.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Уровень общих липидов и глюкозы имеет достоверную (р ˂ 0,05) обратную, а уровень пировиноградной кислоты — достоверную прямую корреляционную связь заметной и высокой силы по шкале Чеддока с увеличением срока стельности во всех группах. Наличие анемии или синдрома хронического системного воспаления низкой степени интенсивности в транзиторный период создает риски метаболических сбоев, которые проявляются снижением интенсивности депонирования триглицеридов на 31,0–34,5% (р ˂ 0,05) и появлением склонности к отрицательному энергетическому балансу.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. It is known that among cows there is a wide spread of anemia and pathologies accompanied by chronic inflammation. Anemia, like chronic inflammation, leads to disorders that contribute to metabolic changes during pregnancy in cows and have their own characteristics.</p><p>The aim of the work is to study the effect of pregnancy on carbohydrate and lipid metabolism of cows with anemia syndrome and chronic systemic inflammation.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. In the conditions of the livestock complex, studies were conducted on cows (n = 30) of a red-mottled breed with a pregnancy period of 150–160 days. Based on clinical and laboratory examination, the animals were divided into three groups: 1st (n = 15) — healthy, 2nd (n = 8) — with hypochromic microcytic anemia, 3rd (n = 7) — with low-intensity chronic systemic inflammation syndrome. Blood sampling was performed on the 150–160th, 210–220th and 260–265th days of pregnancy to determine the level of total lipids, cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose, lactic and pyruvic acid.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The levels of total lipids and glucose have a significant (р ˂ 0.05) inverse and the level of pyruvic acid has a significant direct correlation of noticeable and high strength according to the Chaddock scale with an increase in the duration of gestation in all studied groups.
