Одним из важных направлений селекции картофеля является создание сортов устойчивых к комплексу заболеваний, таких как фитофтороз, вирусные и грибные инфекции, а также паразитические нематоды. Применение ДНК-маркеров для идентификации ценных генотипов ускоряет процесс отбора устойчивых сортов, тем самым повышая эффективность селекции.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. Цель исследования — изучение устойчивости 23 сортов картофеля к местному изоляту Phytophthora infestans (Mont.), а также определение генов устойчивости к патогенам: раку картофеля, бледной и золотистой цистообразующим нематодам, вирусам X и Y, фитофторозу. Листья картофеля обрабатывали инокулюмом изолята Putzilovka-2019 и выдерживали 24 часа в темноте, затем помещали в климатический бокс. Учет вели на шестые сутки после инокуляции.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Сорта Latona, Брянский деликатес, Gala, Дачный, Казачок, Adretta показали высокую устойчивость к фитофторозу — 0,0% поражения листовой поверхности. Высокую устойчивость к фитофторозу демонстрировали и сорта Laperla, Belmonda, Impala, Фиолетовый, Жуковский ранний, Queen Anne, Sante, Янтарь, у которых площадь поражения листа составила от 3,0 до 10,0%. При молекулярном скрининге ген устойчивости к раку картофеля (Senl) Nl25 был выявлен у 22 сортов, ген устойчивости H1 — у 15 сортов, а ген устойчивости Gpa2 — у 9 сортов, ген, кодирующий устойчивость к вирусу Х (Rxl), обнаружен у 13 сортов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. One of the important directions of potato breeding is the creation of varieties resistant to a complex of diseases, such as late blight, viral and fungal infections, as well as parasitic nematodes. The use of DNA markers to identify valuable genotypes accelerates the selection process of resistant varieties, thereby increasing the efficiency of breeding.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The aim of the study was to study the resistance of 23 potato varieties to the local isolate Phytophthora infestans (Mont.), as well as to determine the genes of resistance to pathogens: potato cancer, pale and golden cyst-forming nematodes, X and Y viruses, late blight. Potato leaves were treated with Putzilovka-2019 isolate inoculum and kept in the dark for 24 hours, then placed in a climate box. Records were kept on the 6th day after inoculation.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Latona, Bryansk delicacy, Gala, Dachny, Kazachok, Adretta varieties showed high resistance to late blight — 0.0% of leaf surface damage. High resistance to late blight was also demonstrated by the varieties Laperla, Belmonda, Impala, Violet, Zhukovsky early, Queen Anne, Sante, Amber, in which the leaf lesion area ranged from 3.0 to 10.0%.
