В производстве мясных изделий и полуфабрикатов часто используется оборудование 1990-х годов выпуска. Подобное оборудование не оснащено современными средствами передачи диагностических данных и информации о текущем состоянии по беспроводной связи и требует периодического наблюдения в течение рабочей смены. Отсутствие своевременных данных диагностики является частой причиной отказов оборудования и непредвиденных простоев. В то же время развитие технических средств связи позволяет подключать промышленное оборудование к сети Интернет и (удаленно) в режиме онлайн получать данные о текущем состоянии оборудования.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. В качестве объектов исследования выступали вакуумная термоформовочная упаковочная машина глубокой вытяжки MULTIVAC R5200 и термокамеры с установленными контроллерами Aditec MIC 2410, Aditec TP 1000, MIKSTER MCC 2100. Для исследуемой системы мониторинга использовались методы объектно-ориентированного программирования на языке Python 3.4.4. Для сетевого взаимодействия технологического оборудования с облачными сервисами применялся протокол передачи данных MQTT-v3.1.1.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Использование системы мониторинга на базе платформы промышленного интернета вещей позволило: при упаковке варено-копченых колбас снизить время технического обслуживания упаковочной машины и расход запасных частей, сократить выпуск некачественной продукции; при осуществлении технологических процессов в термокамерах полностью исключить порчу полуфабрикатов, повысить качество готового продукта. В перспективе распространение подобной технологии на оборудование всего предприятия позволит решать задачи сбора большого количества данных о текущем состоянии оборудования, проведения анализа и принятия управленческих решений.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. In the production of meat products and semi-finished products, equipment from the 1990s is often used. Such equipment is not equipped with modern means of transmitting diagnostic data and information about the current status via wireless communication, and requires periodic monitoring during the work shift. Lack of timely diagnostic data can lead to equipment failures and unexpected downtime. At the same time, the development of technical means of communication makes it possible to connect industrial equipment to the Internet and remotely receive data on the current state of the equipment online.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The objects of the study were the MULTIVAC R5200 vacuum thermoforming packaging machine and thermal chambers with installed controllers Aditec MIC 2410, Aditec TP 1000, MIKSTER MCC 2100. Methods of object-oriented programming in Python 3.4.4 were used for the monitoring system under study. For network interaction of technological equipment with cloud services, the MQTT-v3.1.1 data transfer protocol was used.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The use of a monitoring system based on the industrial Internet of Things platform made it possible: when packing boiled and smoked sausages, to reduce the maintenance time of the packaging machine and the consumption of spare parts, to reduce the production of low-quality products; when carrying out technological processes in thermal chambers, to completely eliminate spoilage of semi-finished products, to improve the quality of the finished product.
