Показано, что в течение первой недели опыта перепела яично-мясного типа продуктивности развивались быстрее мясных перепелов по живой массе, однако к 28-дневному возрасту этот показатель становится выше у мясных перепелов. Такая закономерность сохраняется до конца выращивания. Относительная масса желудочно-кишечного тракта, как и двенадцатиперстной кишки, была выше у мясных перепелов в первую неделю, а в дальнейшем становилась меньше, чем у перепелов яично-мясного типа.</p><p>Было изучено гистологическое строение двенадцатиперстной кишки. На гистологических препаратах наблюдается сохранность всех слоев двенадцатиперстной кишки. Собственная пластинка слизистой оболочки богата лимфоидной тканью. Подслизистая оболочка плохо различима. Толщина слизистой двенадцатиперстной кишки на протяжении всего опыта была больше у перепелов яично-мясного типа. В первые 7 дней была больше и длина ворсинок двенадцатиперстной кишки. Соотношение длины ворсинок к глубине крипты увеличивается с возрастом у всех групп перепелов. В первые 7 дней этот показатель был выше у перепелов яично-мясного типа, но к 56-му дню он постепенно выравнивается. В первую неделю роста глубина крипт (общих кишечных желез) преобладала у мясных перепелов (р &lt; 0,05).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents data on the relationship between the live weight, weight of the gastrointestinal tract and the productivity type of Japanese quail (Coturnix japonica domestica). It is shown that during the first week of the experiment, quails of the universal (dual-purpose) productivity type developed faster than the meat quails in terms of live weight, however, by the age of 28 days, this indicator becomes higher in meat quails. This pattern persists until the end of rearing. The relative weight of the gastrointestinal tract, as well as the duodenum, was higher in meat quails in the first week, and later it became less than in a universal type quail.</p><p>The histological structure of the duodenum was also studied. On histological slides, the preservation of all layers of the duodenum is observed. The lamina propria of the mucosa is rich in lymphoid tissue. The submucosa is poorly distinguishable. The thickness of the mucosa of the duodenum prevailed throughout the experiment in quails of the universal type. In the first 7 days, the length of the duodenum villi was significantly higher than that of meat quails. The ratio of the length of the villi to the crypt increases with age in all groups of quails. In the first 7 days, this indicator was higher in quails of the egg-meat type, but by the 56th day it gradually leveled off.
