Мониторинг циркуляции вируса гриппа типа А среди диких птиц, в частности вороновых, имеет ключевое значение для выявления и предотвращения потенциальных вспышек. В данном исследовании проанализированы образцы, собранные от грачей и серых ворон в Костанайской, Акмолинской и Жамбылской областях Казахстана в 2023 году. Методом ОТ-ПЦР в реальном времени вирус гриппа типа А был обнаружен у 30% грачей в Костанайской и у 16,6% серых ворон в Акмолинской областях. Полученные результаты подтверждают циркуляцию вируса среди вороновых в данных регионах и указывают на необходимость постоянного эпизоотологического мониторинга для своевременного выявления и реагирования на возможные вспышки гриппа птиц.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Avian influenza remains a serious threat to public health, agriculture and ecology on a global scale. Monitoring the circulation of influenza A virus among wild birds, particularly corvids, is crucial for detecting and preventing potential outbreaks. In this study, samples collected from rooks and hooded crows in Kostanay, Akmola and Zhambyl regions of Kazakhstan in 2023 were analyzed. Using real-time RT-PCR, influenza A virus was detected in 30% of rooks in Kostanay region and 16.6% of hooded crows in Akmola region.
