По данным исследований, в 2020 г. в Республике Казахстан были зарегистрированы 98 случаев вспышек гриппа А/H5N8 среди птиц. В результате анализа выделенные вирусы А/H5N8 по сайту расщепления с последовательностью PLREKRRKR/G были отнесены к высокопатогенному вирусу гриппа птиц (ВПГП). Филогенетический анализ выделенных изолятов по гемагглютинину позволил отнести их к клайду 2.3.4.4b евразийской линии II (Eurasian HPAIV H5N8 Lineage II). Уровень гомологии казахстанских штаммов вируса гриппа А со штаммами, выделенными в Китае в 2020–2021 гг., составил 98,42–98,70%.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Avian influenza caused by influenza A viruses poses a serious threat to industrial poultry farming and human health due to the ability of some virus subtypes to cross the species barrier. According to production data, in 2020, 98 cases of outbreaks of influenza A/H5N8 among birds were registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan. As a result of the analysis, the isolated A/H5N8 viruses at the PLREKRRKR/G gradual change sites were derived from highly pathogenic avian influenza virus (HPAI). Phylogenetic analysis of the isolated isolates based on hemagglutinin allows them to be classified as clade 2.3.4.4b of the Eurasian Lineage II (Eurasian HPAIV H5N8 Lineage II).
