Актуальность. Цифровая трансформация экономических процессов определяет новый формат взаимодействия субъектов агропромышленного комплекса в ходе реализации производственного и сбытового циклов. Выступая межотраслевым комплексом, АПК включает в себя множество взаимосвязанных и взаимодействующих друг с другом элементов системы, задача которых — обеспечить продовольственную безопасность страны.В условиях технологических и природно-климатических предпосылок, влияющих на традиционный формат деятельности сельскохозяйственных предприятий, а также комплекса факторов, формирующих барьеры к стабильному развитию, реализация фундаментальной задачи АПК возможна при повышении эффективности взаимодействия его структурных компонентов. Одним из способов повышения эффективности АПК в условиях цифровой трансформации выступает создание единой цифровой экосистемы, подразумевающей под собой инструмент координации и интеграции участников, товаров, AgTech-решений и результатов научных исследований в единой информационной среде.Методы. В ходе исследования были изучены теоретические аспекты цифровой трансформации агропромышленного комплекса, определен текущий уровень цифровизации АПК России, выявлены проблемное поле и возможности имплементации цифровой экосистемы в агропромышленный комплекс посредством использования системного, структурно-функционального и статистического анализов, методов моделирования, классификации и дедукции.Результаты. В результате исследования была разработана концепция цифровой экосистемы агропромышленного комплекса России, учитывающая текущее состояние агросектора и вызовы рынка. Предлагаемая цифровая экосистема АПК позволит повысить эффективность сельскохозяйственных предприятий, обеспечить рациональное использование природных ресурсов, минимизировать влияние барьеров развития АПК посредством эффективной коммуникации и координации ключевых участников рынка в единой информационной среде.
Relevance. The digital transformation of economic processes determines a new format for interaction between subjects of the agro-industrial complex during the implementation of production and sales cycles. Acting as an intersectoral complex, the agro-industrial complex includes many interconnected and interacting elements of the system, the task of which is to ensure the country’s food security. Under the conditions of technological and natural-climatic prerequisites that influence the traditional format of activity of agricultural enterprises, as well as a set of factors that form barriers to stable development, the implementation of the fundamental task of the agro-industrial complex is possible by increasing the efficiency of interaction of its structural components. One of the ways to increase the efficiency of the agro-industrial complex in the context of digital transformation is the creation of a unified digital ecosystem, which implies a tool for coordinating and integrating participants, goods, AgTech solutions and scientific research results in a single information environment.Methods. During the study, the theoretical aspects of the digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex were studied, the current level of digitalization of the Russian agro-industrial complex was determined, the problem field and possibilities for implementing the digital ecosystem in the agroindustrial complex were identified through the use of systemic, structural-functional and statistical analyses, modeling methods, classification and deduction.Results. As a result of the research, a concept of the digital ecosystem of the Russian agro-industrial complex was created, considering the current state of the agricultural sector and market challenges. The proposed digital ecosystem of the agro-industrial complex is designed to increase the efficiency of agricultural enterprises, ensure the rational use of natural resources, and minimize the impact of barriers to the development of the agro-industrial complex through effective communication and coordination of key market participants in a unified information environment.
