На сегодняшний день поиск безопасных, эффективных и перспективных штаммовых культур, проявляющих высокие пробиотические свойства, в качестве основных компонентов фармакологических микробных средств является актуальным направлением. В статье представлены результаты по изучению пробиотических свойств и показателя безопасности нормофлоры рода Lactobacillus.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В качестве штаммов-пробионтов исследовали свойства Ligilactobacillus agilis, Lacticaseibacillus paracasei и Ligilactobacillus salivarius, которые были выделены из слепых отростков кишечника индеек. Из пробиотически значимых свойств полезной микрофлоры анализировали антагонистическое действие по отношению к патогенным микроорганизмам, адгезивные и антиадгезивные свойства на клеточных моделях (эритроциты крови барана и энтероциты кишечника крысиных эмбрионов). Безопасность штаммов-пробионтов оценивали по способности продуцировать ими гемолизин путем их посева на плотную питательную среду с дефибринированной кровью барана, а также при внутрибрюшинном введении убитой прогреванием взвеси испытуемого микроорганизма в максимальной его концентрации.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Комплекс микробиологических исследований продемонстрировал, что исследуемые полезные штаммы в той или иной степени проявляют пробиотические свойства. Результаты изучения антагонистических свойств показали, что зона задержки роста условно-патогенных микроорганизмов варьировала в пределах 4‒14 мм в зависимости от тест-культуры. При анализе адгезивности и антиадгезивности наилучшие результаты были продемонстрированы у штаммов Ligilactobacillus agilis и Lacticaseibacillus paracasei. При оценке безопасности установлено, что исследуемые представители молочнокислых бактерий не образуют зоны гемолиза на питательной среде, а при внутрибрюшинном введении лабораторным животным не вызывают признаков нарушения их здоровья и потери массы тела.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Today, the search for safe, effective and promising strain cultures exhibiting high probiotic properties as the main components of pharmacological microbial agents is a relevant area. The article presents the results of the study of probiotic properties and safety indicators of the normal flora of the genus Lactobacillus.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The properties of Ligilactobacillus agilis, Lacticaseibacillus paracasei and Ligilactobacillus salivarius, which were isolated from the caecum of turkeys, were studied as probiotic strains. Of the probiotically significant properties of beneficial microflora, the antagonistic effect on pathogenic microorganisms, adhesive and anti-adhesive properties were analyzed in cellular models (ram blood erythrocytes and intestinal enterocytes of rat embryos). The safety of the probiotic strains was assessed by their ability to produce hemolysin by seeding them on a dense nutrient medium with defibrinated ram blood, as well as by intraperitoneal administration of a suspension of the test microorganism killed by heating in its maximum concentration.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A set of microbiological studies demonstrated that the studied beneficial strains exhibit probiotic properties to varying degrees. The results of studying the antagonistic properties showed that the growth inhibition zone of opportunistic microorganisms varied within 4–14 mm depending on the test culture. When analyzing adhesiveness and antiadhesion, the best results were demonstrated by the strains Ligilactobacillus agilis and Lacticaseibacillus paracasei.
