Рассматривается проблема недостаточной прозрачности и надежности информации об источниках происхождения, качестве и безопасности сельскохозяйственной продукции. Предлагается концептуальная модель интеграции блокчейн-платформы и методов интеллектуального анализа данных для формирования децентрализованной системы регистрации и верификации информации о продуктах питания «от поля до прилавка». На основе эмпирических данных, полученных в ходе экспертного опроса и моделирования бизнес-процессов, обосновывается организационно-экономический механизм имплементации предложенного подхода. Делается вывод, что использование блокчейна и больших данных способно существенно увеличить доверие потребителей, сократить транзакционные издержки, минимизировать риски фальсификации, содействовать внедрению ответственных практик и реализации целей устойчивого развития в агропродовольственном секторе.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article explores the potential of blockchain and big data analytics for enhancing traceability and sustainability in agri-food supply chains. It addresses the challenges of insufficient transparency and reliability in tracking the origin, quality, and safety of agricultural products. The study proposes a conceptual model integrating blockchain platforms with intelligent data analysis methods to create a decentralized system for recording and verifying food product information “from farm to fork.” Based on empirical data from expert surveys and business process modeling, the research substantiates the organizational and economic mechanisms for implementing this approach.
