В числе наиболее используемых средств — витамины, аминокислоты, кормовые антибиотики, пробиотики, адсорбенты, органические кислоты. В работе проведены исследования, доказывающие способность разработанного бутафосфансодержащего фармакологического средства СМ-комплекс влиять на динамику роста цыплят-бройлеров и дана оценка этого воздействия на качество мясной продукции. При стандартном 39-суточном и длительном 56-суточном промышленном откорме цыплят-бройлеров действие СМ-комплекса повышает мясную продуктивность на 12,8% и 14,5% соответственно. В зависимости от половой принадлежности цыплят в 39-суточном возрасте влияние СМ-комплекса проявляется повышением массы тела у курочек на 19,3%, у петушков на 12,3%, в 56-суточном возрасте — на 12,9% и 18,5% соответственно, при этом индекс сбитости повышается на 13,8%, что указывает на формирование более крупного и крепкого телосложения у бройлеров. Применение СМ-комплекса позволяет повысить убойный выход на 4,7% и выход грудных мышц в среднем на 14,9%: у петушков на 6,2%, у курочек на 27,2%. Количество сухого вещества в белом мясе опытной группы повышается на 3,9% при убое в 39 суток и на 4,3% в 56-суточном возрасте. При 56-суточном откорме происходит накопление жировой ткани между мышечными волокнами и в подкожной клетчатке, что положительно сказывается на питательности и кулинарных свойствах получаемой мясной продукции. Такой длительный откорм рекомендуем для производства мясной «органической продукции» птицеводства.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Оne of the ways to increase the productivity of chickens is to use different groups of pharmacological agents as growth stimulants. The most commonly used products include vitamins, amino acids, feed antibiotics, probiotics, adsorbents, and organic acids. The work carried out studies proving the ability of the developed butaphosphane-containing pharmacological agent CM-complex to influence the growth dynamics of broiler chickens and assess this effect on the quality of meat products. With standard 39-day and long-term 56-day industrial fattening of broiler chickens, the effect of the SM-complex increases meat productivity by 12.8% and 14.5%, respectively. Depending on the sex of the chickens, at 39 days of age, the effect of the SM-complex is manifested by an increase in body weight in hens by 19.3%, in cockerels by 12.3%; at the age of 56 days by 12.9% and 18.5%, respectively, while the lean body mass index increases by 13.8%, which indicates the formation of a larger and stronger physique in broilers. The use of the CM-complex makes it possible to increase the slaughter yield by 4.7% and the output of the pectoral muscles by an average of 14.9%: in roosters by 6.2%, in hens by 27.2%. The amount of dry matter in white meat of the experimental group increases by 3.9% when slaughtered at 39 days and by 4.3% at the age of 56 days. During 56-day fattening, there is an accumulation of fatty tissue between muscle fibers and in the subcutaneous tissue, which has a positive effect on the nutritional value and culinary properties of the resulting meat products.
