Российское село до настоящего времени является колыбелью России, ее надежным тылом и основой единства всего народа. Материальным базисом села служит сельская экономика, которая производит 16–18% валового внутреннего продукта и без активного развития которой страна может во многом потерять свою идентичность и утратить национальные корни. Сельская экономика зависима от множества обстоятельств и, в первую очередь, от социально-демографических факторов. Показана их взаимозависимость, вплоть до симбиотических связей, и взаимообусловленность с сельской экономикой. В статье проанализировано значение основных групп социально-демографических факторов и обоснована возможность управления ими. Особое внимание уделено обеспеченности сельского населения школами и при помощи статистических методов установлена зависимость устойчивого развития сельской экономики от их наличия. Подробно рассмотрена демографическая ситуация на селе. Делается вывод о необходимости управления социально-демографическими факторами, что позволит решить многие проблемы российского села и обеспечить устойчивое развитие сельской экономики.
The Russian village is still the cradle of Russia, its reliable rear, and the basis for the unity of the entire nation. The material basis of the village is the rural economy, which produces 16–18% of the gross domestic product, and without its active development, the country may lose its identity and national roots. The rural economy is dependent on a variety of circumstances, primarily socio-demographic factors. The article demonstrates their interdependence, including symbiotic relationships, and their interconnectedness with the rural economy. The article analyzes the significance of the main groups of socio-demographic factors and substantiates the possibility of managing them. Special attention is paid to the availability of schools for the rural population, and statistical methods are used to establish the dependence of sustainable rural economic development on the availability of schools. The demographic situation in rural areas is examined in detail. The article concludes that it is necessary to manage socio-demographic factors in order to solve many problems in the Russian countryside and ensure sustainable development of the rural economy.
