В статье рассмотрен пример системного анализа деятельности конкретной сельскохозяйственной организации. Опыт представлен схемой производства молокопродукции и управления этим бизнес-процессом в ЗАО «Агрофирма «Патруши» Сысертского района Свердловской области. Цель опыта - развитие механизма системного анализа имущественно-финансового состояния и текущей хозяйственной деятельности организации с точки зрения ее соответствия задачам бизнес-планов и выявления резервов повышения эффективности. Представлены эмпирические данные о численности работников, капитальных вложениях и производстве сельхозпродукции за период с 2006 г. по настоящее время в графической форме и регрессионными уравнениями. Сделан вывод о целесообразности выявления связи между управленческими решениями и результатами производственной деятельности.
An example of the system analysis of activity of concrete agricultural organization is reviewed. Experience is presented by the scheme of production of a milkproduction and management of this business process to CJSC «Patrushi» Agricultural Firm of Sysertsky district of Sverdlovsk region. The experience studying purpose - development of the mechanism of the system analysis of a property and financial state and the current economic activity of the organization from the point of view of its compliance to tasks of business plans and identification of reserves of increase in efficiency. Empirical data on the number of workers, capital investments and production of agricultural products from 2006 till present in a graphic form and the regression equations are submitted. The conclusion is drawn on expediency of identification of communication between administrative solutions and results of production activity.
