Показания к проведению холецистоцентеза у кошек и собак и его значимость в диагностике заболеваний билиарной системы

Аннотация
В статье представлены данные о применении процедуры холецистоцентеза под ультразвуковым контролем у кошек и собак с целью оценки цитологического состава желчи и выявления бактериального агента как фактора риска развития заболевания желчевыводящей системы. Холецистоцентез представляет собой диагностическую малоинвазивную процедуру, предусматривающую отбор желчи непосредственно из желчного пузыря для последующего исследования. Исследование проведено на 62 собаках и 46 кошках с клиническими и ультразвуковыми признаками патологий билиарной системы, при этом контролем в оценке структур билиарной системы служили 10 кошек и 10 собак с отсутствием клинических и сонографических признаков системных заболеваний. В результате комплексной диагностики животных с признаками заболевания билиарной системы установлено, что у кошек в 65,2% случаев этиологическим фактором поражения билиарной системы являлась бактериальная инфекция, тогда как у собак в 80,6% случаев бактериальный рост отсутствовал, что свидетельствует о преобладании асептических и метаболических форм патологии. Целью данной работы является определение показаний к проведению холецистоцентеза, а также роль цитологического и бактериологического методов исследования желчи при заболеваниях билиарной системы у кошек и собак.
