Влияние флавоноидов на рост и антиоксидантный статус Triticum aestivum L.

Аннотация
Флавоноиды представляют собой перспективный класс природных биостимуляторов роста растений, однако их индивидуальное влияние на физиолого-биохимические параметры сельхозкультур требует детального изучения. Помимо непосредственного регулирующего действия на метаболизм растений, эти соединения, благодаря своей восстановительной активности и способности к хелатированию ионов металлов, могут использоваться в качестве эффективных агентов для «зеленого» синтеза наночастиц, что открывает возможность создания микроудобрений с комбинированным действием. Данная работа является первым этапом двухэтапной стратегии, направленной на создание микроудобрений на основе наночастиц металлов, синтезированных с использованием флавоноидов в качестве восстанавливающих и стабилизирующих агентов. В работе представлены результаты сравнительного анализа влияния шести флавоноидов (кверцетин, катехин, таксифолин, лютеолин, формононетин, рутин) на ростовые параметры, фотосинтетический аппарат и антиоксидантную систему яровой пшеницы (Triticum aestivum L.). Установлено, что все соединения стимулируют накопление биомассы корней, однако наиболее сбалансированное положительное воздействие на комплекс изученных показателей оказывают формононетин и кверцетин. Данные флавоноиды достоверно увеличивали длину корней на 24,9% и 18,9% соответственно наряду с содержанием хлорофиллов, активностью супероксиддисмутазы, при этом не вызывали существенного окислительного стресса. Катехин, напротив, ингибировал развитие корней и снижал содержание пигментов. Полученные результаты позволяют рекомендовать формононетин и кверцетин для дальнейшего использования в качестве агентов «зеленого синтеза» наночастиц металлов.
